With Bojo’s second national lockdown announcement, we’re making the most of a hard situation this party season and sharing our most popular cocktail recipes for you to enjoy with your pod, bubble, or zoom call party.
1) CHERRY BAKEWELL – CHERRYADE GIN COCKTAIL
YOU WILL NEED:
- 35ml Gin
- 10ml Seedlip Spice
- 10ml Gomme Syrup
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- Top Cherryade
- amarena cherries in syrup
- Glass: Highball
METHOD:
- Pour 35ml of gin into a highball glass
- Add 10ml of Seedlip Spice
- Add 10ml of Gomme Syrup
- Add 10ml of Lemon juice
- Fill the glass with ice
- Mix with a cocktail stirrer
- Top with Dalston’s Cherryade
- Garnish with a couple of Amarena cherries in syrup
2) RHU-BOY – VODKA AND RHUBARB SELTZER COCKTAIL
YOU WILL NEED:
- 25ml Gin
- 8ml Gomme Syrup
- 8ml Lemon juice
- 10ml Seedlip 42
- Top: Dalston’s Rhubarb seltzer
- Glass: Highball
METHOD:
- Pour 25ml of gin into a highball glass
- Add 8ml pf Gomme syrup
- Add 8ml of lemon juice
- Add 10ml of Seedlip
- Fill the glass with ice
- Mix with a cocktail stirrer
- Top with Dalston’s Rhubarb Seltzer
- Garnish with a wedge of lemon
3) ELDERFLOWER SPRITZ COCKTAIL
YOU WILL NEED:
- 25ml Italicus
- Fresh mint
- Dalston’s Fizzy Elderflower Soda
- Large wine glass
METHOD:
- Pour 25ml of Italicus into a wine glass filled with ice.
- Top it off with our Fizzy Elderflower Soda
- Add some fresh mint to garnish
- Stir and enjoy!
