ELDERFLOWER & CUCUMBER FIZZ (SUPER EASY)
INGREDIENTS
- Elderflower & Cucumber Fizz (Super Easy)
- 50ml Sapling
- 125ml Dalston’s Fizzy Elderflower
- 10ml lime juice
- Dash of bitters
- Cucumber ribbons
METHOD
- Fill a tall glass with ice
- Spiral cucumber ribbons inside
- Pour over Sapling and lime juice
- Top with Dalston’s
- Dash of bitters
ENGLISH GARDEN (EASY)
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Sapling
- 30ml Apple juice
- 10ml Lime juice
- Top with 100ml Dalston’s Fizzy Elderflower
- Garnish: cucumber ribbons
METHOD
- Fill a tall glass with ice
- Pour over Sapling, Apple and lime juice and stir
- Top with Dalston’s Fizzy Elderflower
- Garnish with cucumber ribbons
ELDERFLOWER & CUCUMBER SMASH (MEDIUM)
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Sapling
- 2 lime wedges
- 2 mint sprigs
- 1 inch cucumber
- 2 dashes bitters
- Top with 75ml Dalston’s Fizzy Elderflower
METHOD
- Muddle lime, mint and cucumber
- Add Sapling and shake over ice
- Pour into tall glass filled with ice
- Top with Dalston’s Fizzy Elderflower
- Dash of bitters
- Garnish with Mint Sprig and Cucumber slices
Elderflower & Cucumber Cooler (Medium-Hard)
ELDERFLOWER & CUCUMBER COOLER (MEDIUM-HARD)
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Sapling
- 20ml Rosemary Syrup
- 4 cucumber slices
- 4 basil leaves
- 4 lime wedges
- Top with 75ml Dalston’s Fizzy Elderflower
- Garnish with cucumber and basil
METHOD
- For the rosemary syrup heat 200ml water and 200g sugar with 2
- rosemary sprigs until the sugar completely dissolves. Allow to
- cool (will store for up to 4 weeks)
- Muddle cucumber, lime and basil in bottom of a tall glass
- Add ice and pour over Sapling, and rosemary syrup
- Stir
- Top with Dalston’s Fizzy Elderflower
- Garnish with cucumber slice and basil leaves
