Dalston’s “Artificial August” Competition Terms & Conditions

 

1. Promoter

The competition is organised by Dalston’s Soda Company Ltd, 18 Ashwin St, Dalston, London, United Kingdom, E8 3DL (“Dalston’s”).

 

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over.
  • Excludes employees of Dalston’s, Unplugged, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  • Internet access and an Instagram account are required for social entry.

 

3. Competition Period

  • Opens: 13:00 on 26th August 2025
  • Closes: 23:59 on 30th September 2025
  • Entries received after this time will not be valid.

 

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

a) Purchase Entry (worth 2 entries per order):

  • Place an order of any Dalston’s product during the competition period using the code REAL2025 at checkout.
  • Each order = two (2) entries.
  • Entrants must retain their order confirmation as proof of purchase.

b) Social Entry (worth 1 entry each):

  • Follow @drinkdalstons on Instagram.
  • Like and share the competition post.
  • Tag a friend in the comments (each tag counts as one entry).
  • More tags = more entries.

Entrants may use both entry routes for additional chances to win.

 

5. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive:
    • A £500 voucher for a weekend escape for two with Kip Hideaways, redeemable at participating Kip Hideaways locations across the UK.
  • Prize is subject to Kip Hideaways booking availability and standard terms and conditions.
  • Travel, meals, and other expenses are not included.
  • Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

 

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the competition closing date.
  • Winner will be contacted by @drinkdalstons via Instagram DM (for social entries) or via the email address provided at purchase.
  • The winner must respond within 5 days to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond, Dalston’s reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

7. Publicity

  • By entering, participants agree that Dalston’s may use their name, Instagram handle, and entry content for publicity purposes in any media, without additional payment.

 

8. General

  • Dalston’s accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or not received for any reason.
  • Dalston’s reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control.
  • Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this competition in accordance with Dalston’s Privacy Policy.
  • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram.

 

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
