We deliver Dalston’s Soda UK-Wide with standard shipping (2-5 working days).Orders over £50 = FREE shipping.Orders under £50 = £3.99 shipping fee.

Once your Dalston’s drinks order is shipped from our warehouse a tracking link will be generated and sent to you via email. Please allow 24 hours for this link to activate.

Usually, you will receive your order within 2-3 working days, however sometimes it may take up to 5 days for your order to arrive.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, there may be a problem. Get in touch at hello@dalstons.com with your order number and we’ll get it sorted.

We don’t offer returns as standard, however, if there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch with hello@dalstons.com

We ship Dalston's to most places in the United Kingdom, however unfortunately we cannot ship to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands & Islands.

We do not yet ship to Europe.

Our delivery partners work very, very fast and, as such, orders can sometimes be processed within minutes. Therefore, please always double check your items, address details and that you have applied your discount code correctly (if you have used one) before selecting PURCHASE. If you have made an order with incorrect information, please get in touch with hello@dalstons.com and we will aim to assist.

All discount codes must be applied at the time of your order, before you pay. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply any discount codes retroactively.

No, We don’t add sugar or sweeteners to Dalston’s Soda. Instead, we use fruit for sweetness.

Yes, we make all of our Dalston’s products here in the UK. You can see more on the Dalston's Planet Hub.

We aim to keep every can of Dalston’s under 50 calories, whilst maintaining great flavour. Our new Happy Gut Dalston's are just 10 calories per 100ml.

As we use real ingredients, there will at times be a very small amount of natural sediments in your Dalston’s drink.

We use fruit for sweetness. Some flavours are sweetened with natural grape juice, others are sweetened with natural apple juice.

For each drink we add a matching natural flavour - whether it's the morello cherry natural flavour in our fruity cherry soda or a zesty natural lemon flavour in our tangy Sicilian lemonade. All of the natural flavours we use are made from the best quality fresh ingredients - with natural methods used to extract the flavours.

All Dalston’s drinks are made with real fruit, sparkling water and natural flavours. You can find the up to date ingredients and nutritional information for all Dalston’s products on each of our flavour pages. Navigate to your favourite flavour via our SHOP page, select the product you’re interested in and go to the “ingredients” section.

All Dalston’s drinks are 100% vegetarian, vegan and cruelty free.

Our subscription allows you to get regular deliveries of Dalston’s and save up to 25%.

If your subscription value is under £50 then you will still need to pay shipping, if it is over £50 then your shipping will be free for every delivery.

You will need to login to your subscription account by finding the LOGIN section in our menu. If you haven’t yet created an account go to the LOGIN page and then select SIGN UP. You can then adjust your subscription preferences.

You will need to login to your subscription account by finding the LOG IN link at the top menu of our site. You will find it on the top right if you're on a desktop, or in the left menu if you're on mobile.

You can access all of our single flavour 24-can cases on the Dalston’s subscription. Our mixed cases and 4-packs are not yet available for our subscription services.

The Dalston's subscription service is available on all single-flavour 24-can cases. You simply go to the flavour you want to subscribe to, and select the “Subscribe And Save” option and then select ADD TO CART. If you want to add multiple flavours, navigate to the additional flavours you want and again select “Subscribe And Save” and ADD TO CART.
